Ted above is correct - I just made the corner piece last night and the front apron cut is too long - you need to reduce the length of the Front Apron from 24 1/2 to 23 inches otherwise when you measure 3.5" from one end to put the inside supports the seat will not fit inside the back frame which has a width of 21" - you should fix this dimension above. The great thing about this project is that it fits 2 crib mattresses (as seat cushions) perfectly. So, we made a little makeshift stand – simply stack one couch on top of the other like this, putting extra 2x4s underneath the seat of the upper couch to balance it out. What did you use?
